WORKATION PROJECT

The term "Worcation"  a blend of "Work" and "Vacation," refers to a new work style and tourism trend where employees perform their duties in a desired vacation destination, simultaneously engaging in sightseeing and relaxation. It represents a form of working that allows individuals to balance both work and tourism activities.

In Worcation, in accordance with government guidelines, programs must be provided as a prerequisite to facilitate participants in enjoying tourism during their leisure time, excluding working hours.

For instance, essential programs for workers adhering to fixed working hours should include nighttime and weekend tourism activities during non-working hours. Therefore, Scent of Sound is actively involved in projects of this nature.
